(almost) on the road!

table.jpg may.jpg   Hey there fiskateers! I’m here getting the last final touches ready for the tour and really, really getting more and more excited! I can’t wait to meet so many new people, see new places, and hopefully have a whole lot of fun. Today I’ve been baking, creating, and so much more. I still have to pack up the car (a tricky feat!) and take care of some minute details (ugh!), oh, and wash the car! For the record that is something I’ve not done in years! My husband is the car washer because “he does it right”… but he’s at work and so it’s up to me and Elizabeth. It’s going to be fun! =)

So I’m totally hoping to keep you all posted on our travels (no photos, but stories I hope!) depending on computer/internet availability. Of course instead of TCB I’ve been playing. But it’s all under control no worries. I am quite excited about my growing manual photography skills. (check out the shot below!) Self taught, of course. I couldn’t just read a book and learn the ‘right’ way. Of course I should get back to work so that I’m not up all night cursing because I should have packed up instead of blogging… Happy Trails!

lemon bar.jpg  Lemon Bars… MMMMMMMMMM. These are for the gals in Reno tomorrow! Oh, and the photos of my dining room table above are samples I’ve made up just for the tour! Can’t wait to share more!!!
