Live life. Love life. Scrap life.

First of all, I want to thank everyone who came out last night to A Scrapbooker’s Legacy in Oak Lawn. I had a great time and you all were so welcoming and wonderful. What an amazingly talented group of scrappers!
Secondly, Jacinta - I had a great time meeting you and then, you left, and I forgot to take a picture of us to put on the blog! Next time…
Finally - “Live life. Love life. Scrap life.” was one of the ways I signed off my post last month. A marketing guru told me it was a great marketing line and I gave him a hard time (sorry) about the fact that it is truly how I feel about scrapping. Here’s the thing, however, he was right! So, after getting over the fact that it was a good line, I decided to use it to make shirts to give away at crops and other events. Last night, on the way to my crop, I picked them up (thanks to Mark at SOT Screen Printing in Downers Grove, IL), changed into one in the bathroom at Starbucks and was on my way… I gave a few out last night to the ladies and I would like to give some away here. So….. whoever posts comments #13, 14, and 15 to this entry will get a shirt. So start commenting and I hope that 13, 14, or 15 is your lucky number! Enjoy the shirt and enjoy the rest of your weekend!
Scrap your love.

July 13th, 2006 at 9:58 am[…] Now – unprompted – these passionate advocates are creating their own marketing tools. They are stepping up and taking ownership in an international brand. They are personalizing something that used to be institutionalized. And they are coming up with ideas that the brand – or even (gasp!) Brains on Fire wouldn’t have thought of. […]
Can I just say… Brains on Fire is an amazing, awesome group of people who have taught us well…
